Principal's Message
Dear Packsaddle Family,
Welcome to Packsaddle Elementary where we will be reaching for the stars and striving to be active learners every day of the year. I am very excited about the school year. I am also excited about serving your child... and making a lasting, positive difference in his or her life! We are a student-centered campus with high expectations for all staff and students. We strive to meet the individual needs of each and every student on our campus. As you walk into our school, we hope you feel the excitement our students have for learning and the passion we have to ensure all students are prepared for their next endeavor. Llano ISD believes in academic excellence for all students. It is our responsibility to educate each student regardless of their needs, to give each student the necessary tools to survive in the real world, and to provide opportunities for all students to excel.
I am honored to work with an outstanding staff that loves and cares for children. We will dedicate ourselves to work hard, and will do our very best to ensure that all of our students have an opportunity to learn & grow and be successful! We will strive to consistently provide meaningful learning activities & experiences for all of our students. We will be strong, positive role models.
We invite you to become involved with us here at Packsaddle. The most important part of insuring our students are successful is the role the parent plays in their child’s education. Research indicates that students with involved parents, no matter what their income or background, are more likely to earn higher grades and test scores, attend school regularly, have better social skills and behavior and graduate and go on to post-secondary education. It is my personal goal as the principal of Packsaddle Elementary to focus on building trusting, collaborative relationships among teachers, families and community members. Please support your child’s education by reviewing homework, communicating with teachers and staff, ensuring your child is at school and showing interest in what happens in the classroom.

Our school day begins at 7:50am and ends at 3:20pm. Read through the handbook carefully. It provides important and useful information regarding campus and district policies. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will do everything possible to help you. I look forward to a wonderful year as we work together to help your child succeed.
